    WHY AM I PAYING FOR AOL IF I CANNOT ACCESS MY SITE, AND CAN'T GET HELP.

    I have already waited once today for 30 minutes to speak to a rep.
    I thought the issue of being unable to access my AOL site was fixed.
    WRONG!!!!!!!!!!
    I CAN NOT ACCESS MY AOL.
