it appears the problem of no favorites/mail is affecting all customers. maybe could have been told it was an AOL software problem for every
Maybe the idiots and uncaring folks at Corporate could have had the decency , if not the smarts, to send an email to all customers, apologizing for incompetence, and assure us that they know what is happening, and that hopefully it will be fixed. Thanking us for our patience would not been a bad thing to do. If we knew what was happening, we wouldn't have had to go through HOURS with phone techs for no possible results.
GET WITH IT, AND FIX THE ----PROBLEM!
