Worst Customer Service that I've entered encountered.
I've been an AOL customer for 25 years and have always had an excellent experience with their help and support. Well, until yesterday, that is. I called in for a very simple billing issue (needed to change the credit card that my account billed to each month) and reached Jessie in Customer Service. She was absolutely horrible - rude, unhelpful and incompetent. It was some of the worst customer service that I've ever encountered. She was not able to help me with this simple task and it was very apparent that she had no idea what she was doing. I asked to talk to her Manager or another person on the help desk and she refused and hung up on me! Absolutely terrible. I eventually called back and got a Abe, who was able to assist me in 5 minutes and was very nice and helpful. The service from Jessie was so bad, that I'm considering leaving AOL for the first time in 25 years!
