AOL has been my main account for years and years . I just last week sought AOL assistance because it failed to operate correctly I was assisted by a representative and was able to almost have a fully functional system. In order to see my favorites a page showed but I had to click the show me box every time I wanted to see my favorites. Now for the past three days when going to favorites the go to box i gone I can not see my favorites at all. AOL needs to get a fully functional program for us paying customers
