Try Offering Competent Customer Service
Is the AOL Motto, "Greed is Good". Attempted to find assistance as the SAVED ON MY PC" item and all my FOLDERS have disappeared. When I call tech support, it's now always with some imbecile in a foreign country who doesn't speak understandable English and then they repeat questions and so called answers 3 to 5 times making it an extremely frustrating experience. As an AOL Customer since 1997, I am disgusted with how AOL has deteriorated as the service is deplorable. Why can we not speak to a tech person in the United States? Additionally attempted to reach AOL Corporate to file a complaint, however, no one answers at that location. AOL SUCKS!
