Reporting fraud
AOL should prove a telephone number or e-mail where customers can report fraud. I received a fraudulent e-main asking for my password or AOL would cut off my service. I do not provide it. I should be able to report this, so you can send out a warning to customers about this fraud attempt., as there are people, who would react and provide their passwords. It is AOL's responsibility to keep its customers aware of fraud. I have found, in my 15 years plus that AOL insulates it from their customers by not providing ways to communicate with them.
