How can we improve AOL?

AOL not allowing any comments or replies

I cannot post comments or replies to comments for the last several days. No reason is given. I just wasted over an hour of my life with tech support who could not solve it. The tech denied it is personal or censorship. But I don't believe that. I have been an AOL customer for too long and am tired of this.

    This has been happening to me for weeks in Sept 2025 and tech help, after two phone calls say to leave feedback as they do not know the cause.
