I DEMAND TO KNOW WHY THIS POST NEEDS TO BE REVIEWD>
The FED is poised to raise interest rates another 0.75 percent so of course mortgages are going to go up. So people won't be able to afford a loan at the current house prices. So in the next year house prices will drop for those people who need to sell. Builders may be able to weather the storm, but they didn;t in the 2008 housing crash. I expect another housing crash this december.
