why can't I login to my AOL account on my iMac??
make the password reset option a simple process ..if I have an older operating system that should not preclude me from logging on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an older Mac Book and 2 I Mac desk tops ..and all of a sudden ..no AOL mail....this should be a simple and FREE phone call to solve this type of Issue ..I have been with AOL for 30 years and this type of loyalty should be rewarded ..not ignored!!!!!
