PLEASE get your engineers to correct the problems with aol desktop gold and aol beta and aol mail.. I've made np changes to my computer, but for the last 3 or 4 days, my address book will not update. I can't add or delete contacts, and all of my groups have been mixed up, with entries ending up in the wrong groups. I use aol regularly to notify my church family of events and prayer requests, and need this fixed. I've already called twice, and tech support has sent me to three different 'levels' of support and finally said they'ed have to notify the engineers. So far, aol has tried several routes, including using bomgar, but no luck. Thank you.
