I take the bait every couple yrs in hopes Mcfee has changed its ways. NOPE! They over sell on the FREE TRY. When it is obvious MS Win is as good and included. I try to UNINSTALL McFee A.V. and it will NOT UNINSTALL when able to find the UNINSTALL button. KEEPS RE APEARING!! As usual MY AOL HAS PROBLEMS LOADING!! That is same issues I experienced years ago when I loaded from McFee CD. The UNINSTALL IS A *****!!! EASY TO LOAD VERY VERY HARD TO UNINSTALL. Then when I click to OPEN AOL I have been getting BANNER : WEB PAGE IS NOT https PROTECTED.

This is very aggravating. I really enjoy AOL, member 20+ years. PLEASE PLEASE STOP PROMOTING McFee. There are other programs When YOU WANT TO UNINSTALL IT IS FEW CLICKS AND NO LINGERING POP UPs!! Reminds me of a SCAM SITE that you have to shut OFF PC to get out of the SITE.

I really like AOL but PLEASE OFFER PROGRAMS THAT LIVES UP TO AOL's integrity. If Windows included ANTI V. program works( AOL has been around almost as long), SHOULD be offering AOL's OWN.

Or at least something other THEN McFee. I had SHAREWARE programs I donated to worked very well. Some how they made more money to stop. McFee is out of country and Viruses generate OUT OF THE COUNTRY. What a coincidence?
