This new mail format is dysfunctional. Otherwise I'll be forced to leave, after close to 30 years.

    No way is AIK going to comment on old negative posts because it doesn't care if by the change they end up dumping thousand of faithful AOL users. The new setting is useless compared to the former version. So AOL people in charge of this miserable change hope you're delighted with yourselves. because you have forever ruined AOL for so many. Big business at its very worst.

    Same as Richard, I have had my email with AOL for over 30 years. This new AOL mail format is nothing more than a way to force your longtime users to move to another provider. It is disappointing to see AOL dump their loyal users this way. Why would you make this change knowing that we will not be able to send or answer critical emails. (NO SEND BUTTON AVAILABLE) My medical records are on my computer and I need to be able to send/receive/answer critical emails to & from my PCP. You have blocked me from doing this. Why would you do this? I'm 82 years old without the advanced computer skills to make changes in order to use the new AOL format. Help me make the changes that should have been done by your programmers. Call me 850-454-9417 to help me.

    i totally agree, the new format stinks and is visually hard to read, i want the old one back or i will be right behind these people on their way out the door!

    FIRE or Terminate the New Email Engineers and Developers.
    Bring Back Old Emails! The New Email Format is horrible.

    I can't read the columns on left menu column because its gray letters on gray back ground. And the fonts and spreading of the left column is so far apart, that is is impossible to see a majority of the items in the left menu column.

    I don't understand why there is a Jewish Star of David on all of my emails showing up on every single email. Leave ALL religious symbols out of my email.

    In OLD MAIL, it shows the date or month and waste valuable space and ABSOLUTELY STUPID to categorize mail by Day, Last Week, Earlier in June.... STUPID.....to the right column is the EXACT EMAIL DATE ALREADY !!!!

    I have called your tech support for help. THEY ARE USELESS and they expressed to me that they have been bombarded with non-stop complaints and angry users who ALL HATE THE NEW AOL EMAIL FORMAT.

    The AOL Engineers, developers, corporate, managers and supervisors are obviously not reading and responding to ALL OF THESE FEEDBACK COMPLAINTS.

    IF ALL AOL FEEDBACK IS NEGATIVE....DON'T YOU THINK SOMETHING IS WRONG????

    I cannot work this this format, please bring my oil format back. I could tell you why I don't like it, but then I'd be here all day. Lets just say it (sucks)

    I hate this new format, It is definitely not user friendly and lacks continuity. We should continue to have the optionsince you think it's wonderful. Apparently I am not the only person that feels this way. I too will look for other options.

    I want to go back to my old AOL theme, and it is giving me instructions that do not exist. It says to go under my Username and click on Options then Mail themes. THEY DO NOT EXIST!!

    I thought this was settled when, once before, I opted to get the old format back. Knock it off! Bring back the old format!
