  3. Go back to the old format. This new one is not user friendly. AOL user are older citizens and we don’t need another new format to adapt to.

    THe least you can do is give us the option to use the previous version. Checking your emails should not have to be difficult and take 3 times as long as it did before. Who has time for this?
