How can I get this MM/DD/YYYY corrected? AOL does not allow. A simple typo 25 years ago should not matter... I can change everything else... and provide passport, drivers license, Certificate, etc... and AOL doesnt have the technology to fix? It's a 10 minute fix max if you can track down the right person in I/T. It takes 4 months of management to do this though... Why so arcane?
