How can we improve AOL?

I loathe, detest, abhor, hate this "new" AOL...I want to choose my own font and size. Can't you at least do that? Why are you holding on to this when everybody hates it? WHY????? Please tell me why.

    pay attention to what people want....the OLD AOL...Why are you not doing this? I don't get it.
