Mobile App NOT WORKING FOR ME, CAN"T LOG IN
Dear Technical Service Professional
I am unable to log in to my aol.com account via my cell phone using the mobile App. I get to the log in screen and after I put in the password, I see a circling circle, it keeps circling. An hour later it is still circling it does not log in.
All of my other apps and programs on the phone work. NOT AOL. I cannot log into AOL using the app.
I went to my mobile carrier, Verizon, they said it was an AOL issue.
I called aol help today, I spoke with "Wen", she had me uninstall and reinstall the app. It did not help.
Something is wrong with the app. She was unable to get it to work. Is there someone else with AOL who will know how to fix it?
Please advise.
