Taking away security questions so people can’t access their old emails is unfathomably dumb. Your customer service is incompetent and unhelpful. You had a great thing going and went the wrong direction. Being locked out and not being able to access an email you used your whole life, then also being locked out of your recovery email you also used your whole life.
