contacts
When composing email, the recipients email address doesn
t autofill even if I have the same contact information on my contact list. It happens on all contacts and all my available devices.
Devices/ Platform
-Computer: Windows/ Chrome or Edge
-iPad; AOL App
-iPhone: AOL App
What I did;
-Deleted the browser data (history, cookies and cache files etc.)
-Switch to different browsers (Edge and Chrome)
-Relaunch the browsers
-tried to access settings to find a specific set up but nothing provides direction to correct this
I tried to contact AOL help assistance, but we don`t have the direct fix at this moment.
