I am getting f'd by AOL cancled NORD 2 months ago and still getting billed.
2 months ago the AOL tech took NORD out of my system when we could not get the system to run correctly with it for some reason BUT today I again went in and manually stopped it and was told my account would still be good through April 20, 2025. I have never used it and it has NEVER worked

Big business not taking and responsibility for THEIR MISTAKE maybe after 30 odd years I need to go somewhere else for service
