cannot see my notifications in the comments section
My idea? Fix it. It was working somewhat until two days ago. Now when it says I have a certain number of notifications, I click on it and it tells me I have none. On top of that, even when it was working, you changed it. Previously, when you clicked on a comment notification it took you to that. Now, it just takes you to the article and not to the actual comments. I've tried different browsers, clearing my footprint, turning off my VPN. Nothing works.

I'm experiencing similar problem. I post a comment, someone replies and I get notified in my email with the persons comment and the option to reply back (as usual). The problem then arises. It takes me to the article but not into its comment section like it did in the past. So I entered the comment section and went searching for my original comment, it's gone along with the respondents comment I wanted to reply to. There was nothing inappropriate in her comment to me or in my comment that preceded her reply. This has happened several times over the last few days in regard to different articles I am commenting on. On one occasion, I was eventually able to find my original comment after scrolling at great length. On other occasions it's just gone. Does anyone know what iAOL is doing to resolve what appears to be an ongoing problem for many of its members?
