How can we improve AOL?

being forced to use inconvenient VERIFICATION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ongoing problem since Yahoo merger !!! do not NEED or want user unfriendly 2 step verificatio even though it is NOT enabled - Paid support is useless, did nothing to solve problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
