Since it was imposed, my wife can't access her account because she can't get a verification code because the mobile phone # associated with her account security information is obsolete. Numerous telephone calls and chats with AOL have been unsuccessful in updating the security info even with a subscription to AOL Live Support Plus which I will now cancel. Her account is now useless.
