My aol email has many folders so I can arrange emails for quick reference. This is good. NOT GOOD is that the folders appear in a different order on the AOL app in my cell phone - they WERE in the same order, and suddenly half of them are now all under one of the other folders - they're in alpha order as subfolders in that other folder but they do not belong under another folder - they are their own folders, as they are in my computer accessed AOL email. Tech support has no idea of how to rearrange them, or how this happened, and no ideas of how to fix. Nor will they allow me to discuss this with anyone at a senior level. This is absolutely the WORST customer service response!
