First-the old cs sub account is idle for decades & was originally setup so the master account can access and control the login info, but it has changed and each sub-account, using the same sub email as recovery email. This create problems as there is no info to verify or recovery those account. AOL/CS/ Yahoo should change the policy so that the master account should be used as the recovery email and access to those emails, otherwise they are sitting wasted and idle for decades because no legitimate recovery info was every setup.

Second- it would be great if the feedback suggestion has a email contact so it we can follow up and keep updated.
