Your agent Rosemary needs to understand the automated message that is read before she gets on the line.
Rosemary accused me of rudely interrupting her while she read a canned speech about the benefits I would be giving up if I were to cancel my $37.99 per month subscription. I politely asked her to skip that and simply cancel. I did so because the automated message I heard before I was connected to her said that I could simply skip the message at any time by simply asking to proceed to cancel the subscription. That is exactly what I did and that is when she accused me of rudely interupting her. Unprofessional Really glad I canceled now!
