Make a deal with MSN to permit Outlook to transmit AOL.com messages to MSN.com account holders
I've received the following messages when I try to send emails to an MSN.com email address via Outlook:
"Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.
550: 5.7.515 Access denied, sending domain VERIZON.NET doesn't meet the required authentication level. The sender's domain in the 5322.From address doesn't meet the authentication requirements defined for the sender. To learn how to fix this see: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=2319303 Spf= Pass , Dkim= Fail , DMARC= Pass [DS0PR02MB8877.namprd02.prod.outlook.com 2026-02-25T13:42:29.137Z 08DE719836CBC81C] [MW4PR04CA0162.namprd04.prod.outlook.com 2026-02-25T13:42:29.336Z 08DE73A36DF46DF9] [CO1PEPF000066E9.namprd05.prod.outlook.com 2026-02-25T13:42:29.163Z 08DE73D855088C8C]"
AOL support tried twice to fix this but couldn't. One agent told me AOL considers Outlook a "third party" provider and won't deliver messages sent via Outlook. But this is only true when I try to send emails to an MSN.com account holder.
Please make a deal with MSN to transmit AOL messages via Outlook. This would spare me and many other Outlook users the inconvenience of changing servers. As it is, AOL can't provide the service I, as a paying customer, should be receiving.

It's very irritating to have this problem crop up repeatedly and then have tech support tell me they can't fix it. I've been an AOL account holder for many years but feel denied the service I should be receiving.
