Looked unsuccessfully to find a way to ask AOL by email or chat (ONLINE; also in your name) what this error message means when I try to block spammers; something about failed to add blocks. Can I get an answer now, and how to fix this? Seems like over 99 percent of my AOL email is spam. About to delete you guys due to this stonewalling of yours.
