I have so much trouble with the many ads when I'm trying to receive or send mail. The ads cause the computer to freeze until they are all up and running. I paid over $5.00 for no ads however, I still had ads. I've been a customer of AOL for over 30 years and I hate to change but these ads are interfering something alwfu.

I can live with (don't like it) pop-up ads, as long as they do not interfere with what I am doing. I play Bridge Base and after a minute or so, a pop up ad appears and blocks the screen such that I can no longer play the game. There is no way to get rid of it or move it out of the way, so what is the point? There is no way I will buy any of the advertised material...ever!!

When I open up my email on my AOL Desktop Gold 1/3 of the screen has advertising on it so my email is smaller and harder to read

PLEASE TRY TO REMOVE THE AD THAT ARE COMING ON MY MAIL
