Whatever happened to "Stationery" in the compose section of emails?

We had 'stationery' to send to families and friends for birthdays, thank you's, anniversaries, XMAS, National Holidays. It was a good way to send a shout out and get there on time.

    I really miss being able to add those wonderful little additions to my every email, for whatever the occasion. I, as well as those I've sent them to, have enjoyed them tremendously. Will they be returning? (I thought there was something wrong with my computer.) I hope they'll be back soon.

    I really miss it, and today the GIF option was gone. Why and how can we get it back?

    I loved the stationary and used it every time I sent an email. Please bring it back! What happened to this? I may go and use my gmail account because I kept my aol because of the stationary. Really! Loved it!

    What happened to the stationery feature that was always at the bottom when composing an email? I used it frequently. Is there another way to access the Stationery feature for emails? If so please let us know. I am not the only one who is disappointed that it is not there. Thank you.

    I always enjoyed using the AOL stationery and the recipients enjoyed reading the emails as well.
    Most people will not open a card sent via email from a service...but will always read an email from an individual.

    Please, please return..loved making my emails pretty and able to use appropriate headings...and the recipients loved the personal touch to my emails.....so very important and hope to see soon.

    I really have liked the stationery feature. PLEASE return it back. I miss it!! It is important to me. Thank you. Like others have said, the stationery tool is one of the reasons I most like about AOL.

    I USE IT DAILY AND COUNT ON IT! IT ENHANCES MY EMAILS! It was SO NICE to have for holidays and ALL other occasions! WHY DID YOU REMOVE IT??
    STATIONERY IS THE REASON WE HAVE STAYED WITH AOL SINCE ITS BEGINNING..
    IF I JUST WANT TO SEND MESSAGES, I CAN GO TO GMAIL OR SOME OTHER "PLAIN JANE"....so PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK THE STATIONERY AND MAKE IT EVEN A LITTLE BETTER!!! YOU HAD SOMETHING SO SPECIAL!
    SO MANY OCCASIONS FOR WHICH I USED IT AND GOT SUCH NICE COMPLIMENTS ABOUT IT! NO ONE ELSE HAS SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE A NICE, PERSONAL & FRIENDLY LETTER!
    I AM ALSO COMMUNICATIONS CHAIR FOR OUR DEVELOPMENT!

    AOL Stationery is the BEST part of this email program. I can't live without it! I'm a Communications Chair for my Country Club Golf League. Our membership LOVES the designs and gifs I'm able to use for my weekly communications. Suddenly today 4/13/26 this feature has disappeared. PLEASE, PLEASE bring it back.     I used the stationary all the time. It brightened up the e-mail. Other mail carriers don't have that and that's why I kept AOL all these years. Please bring it back.

    Why discontinue the best part of AOL mail?? Bring back the stationary. I use it all the time.

    As a recent widow, I, too, email my 9 daughters frequently, and the stationery icon always helped my emails become even more meaningful. I've spent two days trying to restore that tiny stationery icon...I even spent an hour today on the phone, hoping the AOL representative, who I couldn't even understand speaking, would be of some help. Instead, he was rude and finally mentioned that I might have been chosen as a test to just remove the stationery choices and entire icon. Why?? Without any notification...AOL just did it....Please restore all stationery icons and choices ASAP! Thanking you in advance!

    I, too, really liked having a stationery option and used it frequently. I did not change settings, and the option does not appear anymore. Is this a temporary situation? I certainly hope so as the stationery feature is one of the benefits of using AOL for email. Thank you.

    Yes, please bring back stationary. That's one of the reasons I still use AOL.

    I agree! The Stationery was one of the unique features of AOL, and I used it often. Please bring it back.
