  1. Responding to issues/concerns

    While I know that ya'll have no idea about customer service and responding to concerns...I'll put this out there (unless, I know)..I had been in AOL jail for about a year..then about 3 weeks ago was released and commented (very nicely..learned my lesson..thank you big brother...NOW I'm back in jail for no apparent reason...WHATS UP? AGAIN, I know that NO ONE from AOL reads these comments even tho its says to help improve the "AOL Experience"..HaHa...and then in your header it says.."This forum is not monitored for any support related issues"...Thus a waste of time...but...

  2. I pay $24 each month to use this service. Why do I have to be bothered with ads on my email? I could use a free service and not pay for ad

    Stop posting ads on e-mails that are being paid for.

You have a president who says "No comment" when asked about Lahiana, his son is a mobster and so is he as they have taken bribes and could give 2 cents about US citizens and you have the onions to say Trump is a mobster.     Why does AOL even have this place wher you can write in your
    thoughts on this site. You know that all you want to hear is what
    Biden and the wonderful democrats are doing. I've got where I
    am discusted with the Republicans because they let Biden and
    the left do anything thqat they want. If the republicans were doing

    Too many ads placed in the news section that make it difficult sort out what is real news and not advertisements.

    Suggestions: Eliminate those that are not real news or minimize Ads, or limit the Ads in every page for Aol.com domain.
