  8. Support your Users

AOL isn't providing email support now due to covid (despite being able to work from home where emails are concerned) and is charging for live chat support. Either give us chat support for free, or reinstate the email support. It looks like you are trying to force us into a paid subscription to get help on your platform. Not a good look at all.

  12. Paying AOL members with positive, benign responses and comments shouldn't be censored!

AOL's new policy of censoring and blocking long time member's benign and positive comments is discrimination and against free speech! There are numerous members with the same issue.....

  14. Screen your advertisers. I was ripped off by an ad that appeared on AOL'S front page. So disgusting.

STOP advertising with "Surprise Shopping (and all the other companies under their umbrella). I ordered an item for $60 and got a $3 item in its place. No refund just a bunch of bull. They are so unethical and I'm sure AOL is aware.

  18. Figure out why 5,10,20 etc have no picture or news item, just blank.

Contact IT people with knowledge so they can fix your problem of having 5,10,20 and more with blank screens and no new for them. At least make it a priority with your own employees.
