  1. Contacts Missing

    My contact list has disappeared from my account. I have years of colleagues, family and friends I can no longer contact. Message says NO CONTACTS AVAILABLE. When I try to restore contacts, another message says, RESTORE NOT WORKING. TRY AGAIN LATER. Have called tech support twice in 3 days and had no solution.

  2. So now you are blasting us with full page ads of cars etc and not allowing aol news to be displayed as before- sucks

    I'm reading my mail and usually switch to the news- but I can't now because AOL is over-riding my page with full page car ads (tomorrow may be something else) Longtime aol have longtime aol contacts and now yahoo (the new owners) want us to PAY for ad free and also pay to fix the problems they porposely make up but it would be almost impossible for longtime aol members to be able to contact all the past contacts they've made over the years- this should be illegal.   7. stop the moving ads on the side of the homepage

    While on the homepage and I am checking out what to read usually there are ads on the right side that move to get your attention. What it does is annoy the **** out of me because I can't read while the ad is flickering around. To top it off once I click on a story and it takes me to another page, and there are moving ads as well making it extremely aggravating to read. It forces me to put it in read only which helps.     I have exactly 0% confidence anyone at AOL will read this post, but here it is anyway.

    Don't be fooled. The message below is NOT a Monthly Benefits Statement. It is an unwanted promotional offer - the definition of spam.

    The Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message leads to a page where I can see that I'm already unsubscribed from all types of communications from AOL. Yet you continue sending messages you know I don't want for services that I'm not interested in even though I've asked you to stop.

  10. AOL Search engine is not working on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Norton Browser on a Windows 11

    I already reboot my computer, tried incognito browser modes, cleared cache, different browsers...I'm still getting "We did not find results for: car. Try the suggestions below or type a new query above." no matter what keyword I search for. So far, it's only working on my phone's mobile browser. Please check, already called AOL Tech support.
