  1. Location issue on AOL Home screen

    Im unable to change the current inaccurate location on the AOL Home page. I spoke to AOL representative but we dont have direct fix at this moment. We have tried to access the account information page but it shows the current correct exact address.

  4. Old Format!

    Publish user friendly steps for returning to the old email format. The new one which has been forced on us.....PAYING MEMBERS!!!!.....is not an improvement at all. Rather, it is distracting and cumbersome. Like they say, "If it ain't broke, then don't fix it!!!".

AOL gets remunerated by advertisers to post Ads, while paid subscribers also see Ads would seem a questionable business practice or conflict.   7. simpler way in inform you of card update.

    I have been trying to update my credit card, on my account, have spent 3 hrs. over 2 days. Been jumping though hoop after hoop. been with you for over 25 yrs., never had this problem in the past.

  11. The new mail platform is horrible. it is confusing and hard to navigate. continuous answers and replies are not in a good order. change it

    The new platform of mail is unacceptable. it is messy looking and hard to navigate. keep it simple in chronological order as it was before. I am disappointed that I pay premium and am aggravated every time I have to compose.

  19. Stop all OutBrain ads.

    Outbrain ads are so irritating and constantly popup. There is not a way to x out of them and give feedback like other companies. I blame AOL for allowing this company post these ugly ads. Most of these ads on outbrain are coming from foreign countries and no way to contact them.

    I'd like to know why my comments are being deleted from AOL news comments. I have had AOL for a very long time!
