How can you not figure out that this email address is spam: tfdgfhjugfhdgshgfdfgdffds@nivabupa.com. Do better.

I am thoroughly disgusted with the 50-100 spam emails every day. Even when you block a sender, they still show up.

I have a church email that was going to spam for several months. I managed to get it out of the spam folder each week. However, one week I inadvertently deleted it in the spam folder. Now it comes to my inbox but is missing 1/3 of the graphics. PLEASE UN-SPAM this! Give me a way in settings to permanently un-spam an email you keep marking as spam.

The more moving ads you bombard me with, the less time I spend on AOL. I would NEVER consider using AOL for my retail ad spend; your platform is simply too annoying and I wouldn't want my products associated with your mindless platform.

Remove Peoasis from advertising
Please remove a company called Peoasis, a Chinese company from Kow-Loon, from AOL. They are advertising a bogus product and taking advantage of our 250 year anniversary selling a wreath that they show as 3-D and is simply not. I purchased the same last year and received a flat pc of wood painted by a child, 12" wide. I am furious as I could not get my money back lest I pay 10 times the cost for shipping to China. Upgrade Spam Filter
I'm not sure what changed but I now get DOZENS of spam emails, that should easily be filtered ahead of time. I actually try to keep my inbox clean and it's becoming nearly impossible, to the point I'm about to delete my account. It's like all filters have been removed and I get nothing but spam emails now, making it pointless to use for anything else.

Well, to start, how about making your entire AOL website user friendly!!!!! Without calling for help, there is no way you can find things.
I want to change myl contact information but there are no instructions on your website. Very very poor website! Last year you changed it from a good website to a bad website. Why would you do that? Now, I can't find anything. It's so frustrating I want to stop using AOL. I tried to call for help but was told I needed to pay. NOT good!!!!
