  1. Un-ban people who said Hunter's laptop was legit.

    People were banned for saying Hunter's laptop was real. AOL should reverse those.

  2. go back to OLD AOL

    The new AOL is a year old and still presents problems that were never there with the OLD AOL.
    if you want to use BCC: it AUTOMATICALLY takes you to CC: not BCC:
    So I've entered hundreds of addresses that had to be removed individually, couldn't transfer them, had to reenter each one again in BCC: because your new AOL SUCKS!

  5. I understand the need for so many ad pages in your headlines but 10% Trump is about 5% too many.

    Trumpers think you bash him too much. The rest of us are just sick of his face in all your headlines. Either way you are abusing your audience - that can't be a good business move.

    • can no longer download client attachments. Rec'd on a monthly basis - for 30 yrs. I have GREAT security. I am currently forwarding to another email to get the necessary attachments - NOT HAPPY. PLEASE FIX IT.

    It is sad that all of the AOL political news is negative or "Fake" news about the Republican party or specifically President Donald Trump. It is absolutely clear that the AOL news staff has a major bias against conservative Republicans and suppress all the positive events and actions that take place that Republicans are responsible for..

  9. E mail format

    The new format is , simply, terrible. No search feature, clumsy, hard to use and easy to make errors when using. Sometimes change for the sake of change isn't a good idea, and here it just isn't. I have resisted g mail, but now.....

  14. Return the main screen to the number article last read, not no. 1, like it used to do.

    Why does the main screen no longer return to the last video read (50 of 66) rather than only to 1 every time. Have tried several ways and still have to waste time scrolling to get back to where I was. This is my favorite feature of AOL and has totally disrupted the way it functions using AOL Desktop Gold. Hate the mail acting like Outlook and other less quality e-mails already. This is the last function that I love about AOL. PLEASE FIX IT ONCE AGAIN as it has happened before.

  18. Let people see the responses to their comments instead of saying the comment is not available at the time

    I can't respond to people if I can't see what they said when they responded to one of my posts. This is happening more and more frequently.
