  1. What's with all the Woke stuff?

    How about some balance? Enough with the 'Woke' articles - I suspect that about half of your customers are conservative and you owe them an equal platform - I've been on AOL for decades but I'm considering another email platform if you don't correct this

  3. Don't reject an appeal out of hand 60 seconds after submission.

    Appeals have become meaningless, especially when the comment addressed is totally without fault.

    I am unable to comment on articles on the AOL carousel for 72 hours now. The comment button at the end of a news article turns gray when I click on it instead of opening comments and a comment box. Hope you can fix.

  11. Recovery of lost "Saved Email"

    I have been a subscriber of AOL since 1994. On October 30, 2025 I discovered that every "saved Email" on my master account "jjcshndrsn" and additional accounts, "buttnercreekhome", "hndrsn0221", "hndrsn0517", "deapilot", "usmc094418" and "gs13step10" was gone. I was shown no saved massage. AOL tech supporter "Roxy" was unable to recover anything. I am requesting support from any AOL technician to recover my missing "saved Email". James J. Henderson

  12. Fix the comment section and the email notifications or I am leaving.

    I have spent quite a bit on being here on AOL for over 20 years. If you won't improve the site this soon after purchasing it, Bending Spoons, I will be leaving to a new site and so will tens of thousands of others if not more!

    Stop being a biased news place and post some positive things rather than attacking articles on Trump or republicans and stop favoring non Americans more so than Americans.
