  3. My 25,000,000 million or so coins have have disappeared. I haven't played Aol. games for a while and they are not there, why?

    You demand one acknowledge and accept your TOS upon receipt of criticism about the lack of integrity in your games, particularly pinochle. All the while you ignore the criticism making no changes or expressing any level of understanding about the frustration one has to deal with when the computer bots overbid their hand, when the dealer doesn't distribute the meld to all players evenly or without discrimination, when the computer bots renege.   5. I have exhausted the maximum number of filters to get junk email out of my inbox. Please increase the amount of filters allowed.

    Allow more filters to accommodate the vast volume of junk floating around.

  6. STOP MESSING WITH EMAIL- and what's the point of this if it's just to complain if you don't bother fixing it?????

    I sign into my email and can't tell the old from the new because the new used to be darker and thicker in font- not it's all the same. Why did you mess with everything and make it worse?

  9. The "news" on the opening page is not well vetted and mixes advertising with reporting (for example in the food section) in a shady way

    Regarding contacts - It is inconvenient to have to hunt for "more" contacts under each alphabetical letter. It use to have ALL of the contacts alphabetically.

    I loathe, detest, abhor, hate this "new" AOL...I want to choose my own font and size. Can't you at least do that? Why are you holding on to this when everybody hates it? WHY????? Please tell me why.

    Your homepage "news" is unacceptable to only 1/2 of Americans. Why is Fox News so popular and CNN in serious trouble? Maybe that's why AOL is no longer a popular website.

    The new email system sucks! Took 30 minutes to find everything I needed to forward an email. In the old system I could have done in it 15 seconds. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.

  20. If a post is rejected because it doesn't conform with standards, the standard that is violated should be cited.

    If a post in the comments section is rejected because of violation of standards the standard that is violated should be cited, not just blanket rejection with no explaination.
