Before, new emails are being automatically saved to my contacts list. However, recently, it's not being auto-saved when that person sends an email to my address

Go back to old email version. I can't stand this new format. Enough to make me go to gmail!
Go back to old email version. I can't stand this new format. You have to go through multiple steps to embed a photo and I still haven't figured out how to add a new contact once they've sent me a message. Enough to make me go to gmail!

These articles should not be allowed to be commented on. These are someone's family member. People post constant ignorant comment. Is AOL be so insensitive to keep allowing these garbage comments to be posted. Every other platform closes commenting on sensitive material. Have a little bit of sense and not allow ignorant comments on certain subject matters.

"Moderators" are not adhering to AOLs guidelines.
My comment to a Reply was rejected. The content of the Reply was worse than my comment to it. How does that work? Does anyone "moderating" know the AOL guidelines?

Censor all comments
Every AOL member has the power to censor all comments regardless of content. Every comment comes with a few little dots next to the comment.....you can report the comment for various reasons. I click on "other" & I tell AOL to censor all comments regardless of content. If your comments are being censored for no reason.......report & censor all comments. You can not censor all comments for it is too much but do as many as you can.

Stop putting those made-up stories in with your news, as though they were real.
Stop posting those fictitious stories as "news." The viewer gets sucked in to reading them for a big waste of time, only to find out they are not true.

STOP MESSING WITH THE FORMAT
Why do you keep messing with the opening page? News blurbs are fine, if I don't agree, I move on. But now I have some junk I have no interest in pop up and I can't move away from it. Why don't you have the headings (news, entertainment etc) where people can choose one to open with. I hate some ads etc, but I know some groups pay for that, so I blow over what I don't agree with. But I prefer to make my own choice of opening page.
