Attempting to pay a bill.
I wish to pay an overdue bill of $16.22 from AOL. I cannot perform this function over the phone.My phone will not accept incoming calls, only outgoing calls. My primary email address is unavailable. The only email address I have is grdu8@aol.com. I can send a personal check thru the postal mail if I have the address. Send a postal mailing address to accept my personal check. Stop playing sounds on ads. It will be a email changer doe sure if it does not quit.
I do not like when the sound for a ad starts by itself. I have to drop everything to disable it. Might check another email service after using AOL for 25 years or more.

Precious Moments Lost Forever due to AOL
I am sharing this on behalf of my mother's account. I have signed into her account today. They wiped our entire email account of all history of emails due to inactivity of my Mother's account. We have been dealing with her Brain Cancer recovery and have not used her email. We have lost countless emails with pictures of memories, saved emails with messages from loved ones that have passed, and encouraging notes from her sent to myself and other loves ones that can't replicated due to her disability from her brain cancer. Stop asking for constant verification
I'm getting real tired of having to constantly verify I am me every single day I log in. It's extremely annoying and it makes me want to close my email account. I never opted in to the 2 step verification process, but, I get asked to verify myself every time I log in. I've been with AOL for 21 years, but, this constant annoyance is enough to make me want to leave.

Saw it on AOL, must be true. Wrong. Junie is retiring 80% off, custom handmade in my shop, beautiful leather handbags. Should have seen this coming but its on the front page of AOL, can't be a scam I thought. Immediately after purchase I started to smell a rat. No physical address, nothing but an email contact. The next day same ad, different person, then another, and another. On one email they stated shipped by USPS. I tried the tracking number provided, not recognized by USPS. Called AOL support, they couldn't help. Googled it, wound up here on the complaints…

Bring folder search to the app from the browser
Browser facilitates easy filing of email in folders by allowing a search on folder name to narrow the list an minimize scrolling. This needs to come to the app as well!!

Multiple AOL Accounts
The only options AOL gives me is to get a text or call from an old phone number that I had when I opened one of my AOL accounts.
