  6. Find another way to tell "stories"

    Every hour there is some new "story" that has a picture and a byline to catch interest. If you click on it you then have to go thru 30 "next slide"s most of which are sophomoric tutorials and each page is jammed with ads. How about 2 or 3 slides and get to the bottom line by slide 3. I've been an AOL subscriber since you started and this is so irritating. Try something different. And I am sure this feedback will find its way to the circular file (that means trashcan) just like most everything your subscribers recommend..

  8. Rejecting comments and censorship.

    Today I had two comments rejected on the same article. One questioning AOL's right to censor me and the other, without clear explanation, apparently because I called trump a traitor and mental midget. Both are MY OPINION under the First Amendment. AOL must be in trump's pockets to censor such comments.

  9. Bring back the "New Mail" option when selecting the "Move" button.

    Until recently, after reading an email, I was able to hit the "Move" button at the bottom and then select "New Mail" from the list. As a result it stayed as "New Mail" which is exactly where I wanted it to remain. I no longer have that option since "New Mail" no longer exists when I select "Move". After talking to one of your agents, I was informed that things changed with an update and that now I needed to create a folder In which to move the read emails.     Foue AOL screen names & three are totally censored. The one screen name has been censored for twenty five YEARS. AOL has done nothing to fix this problem except to blame this user. AOL needs to be shut down. A ton of AOL users need to come together to get this done. Any takers?
