  3. Please fact-check your news stories

    There is an egregious error in the AOL version of Aamer Madhani's article about Guiliani's covid diagnosis. As of 9:30 pm CST, the article says "Those infected now also include the vice president, his chief of staff, ...." This is incorrect. No other news outlet is reporting that Pence has the virus. I alerted AP. They agreed that it’s an error, and they fixed it on the AP version. You need to fix the AOL version, too.

    Get your mind off the almighty dollar and service your customers. It's like looking thru a collidescope to try to read an article. This site has gone to **** over the past few years. We're paying for this service. Limit your ads.

  5. Stop asking for personal info

    I was a loyal customer when aol was dialup, I was shocked when you didn't offer highspeed internet access ! Lately have been getting prompted for my phone number . I only use your email service for personal emails nothing financial so if I need to give you more personal info that's not going to happen. I will just stop using aol mail.

  6. Fix the loading problems with AOL.

    AOL continually "fails to respond" and "stops due to a long running script." I have to reload 2-5 times each time I try to access my email. AOL Help has no answers other than for Verizon or McAfee, of which I have neither. I'm getting reading to close my account after 20 years.

  7. Your Recommended news stories make me not want to use AOL.

    The constant barrage of liberal anti-trump stories is very unprofessional. I've been with AOL since the 80s. This is the first time I've seen such a ***** in what you're trying to feed us. I find it disgusting to the point where it's difficult to even glance at your topics when I log in. I'm certainly not going to react positively to any related advertising. PLEASE return to having some semblance of a news outlet rather than being a political activist.

    What's going on with AOL.com in my PC. Every time I need to use the AOL.com in my PC to check and read my emails, the AOL.com goes from fast to slow and slow, and slow 'till become frozen, I need to know why?
