The ‘new’ AOL app is bad and the update makes it even worse!
Your AOL app stinks. And the update is even worse. I can’t find older emails via a search because it lists all the similar ones in one email and I can’t open them but get sent to a webpage instead !!!! When I receive an email with a link to a webpage, a Zoom or other meeting or other app I have to go through “Aol”. And most of the time it doesn’t work. So I have to forward the email to another account outside of AOL and then use the link. I constantly get “Mailer-Daemon” unable to deliver email…

Fix the local news section of the home page
Why is your "local news" section so messed up? I put in zip code 75147 (North Txas), I get news from everywhere else. Today, I got an article from an Ohio newspaper. Hardly local. This happens every day. Someone needs to learn some basic geography.

Enough with the tidal wave of SPAM emails!
My wife and I have had a verizon.net email address for almost 20 years, both with DSL and now FiOS.
When Verizon announced that they were no longer going to host email, and instead transferring verizon.net email accounts to AOL, I was none too happy...yet, until roughly 6 months ago, the spam/junk volume was tolerable.
However, in the past half-year, my junk mail folder is being flooded by **** that is obvious SPAM; c'mon AOL, even the most BASIC junk filter would be an improvement!
Or, is the almighty dollar the real reason? Are the spammers paying you per each…

Problem with my AOL Account and Customer Support Could Not Help
I just spent 1.5 hours with the Tech and they tested the website and the email address that is blocked from sending on my PC or when I try send using my iPhone, it does not send and I've found important emails in my darft folder I sent in November that were important had never left.
Also, I can't receive anyone who has an email address with the presidentsclubdayton.org either. The website is www.presidentsclubdayton.org and I have been having this problem since late last year.This is the message I receive whenever I try to send a message with presidentsclubdayton.org…

It's a shame to see how those who have never lived in the times of our past historical figures want them to be eliminated or removed from our history. Article headings at top of AOL page are not working.
For the past three days, clicking an article at the top of the AOL page does not bring you to the article. If you don’t click an article at the top of the AOL page, AOL automatically scrolls you through each of their article headings but again, clicking on them does nothing. Please correct this problem. The only part of the AOL that works when you click on it is the lower half of the AOL page. Please fix this. Does anyone else have this problem?
