I've been a loyal AOL account since 1993... was even an "AOL Beta Tester: fir a number of those years, and I am close to ending my account with y'all.

Fix your email problem for when 2 people use different ones.
My wife & I both made an account, each one is different on aol, but we only have 1 computer. When I sign into my acct. it says my name at the top.Then when go to email, I end up getting my wife's acct. Can't ever get my email at all. I think I will have to switch to another search engine. Oh yes, I'm familiar with computers and understand search engines. This is something else.

Constant asking for verification when I log in
I use three devices and am constantly asked for verification through a text message with a six digit code. I click on Verify this device, but it still persists.

problems with contact lists
My email contact list is no longer working. While the contacts exist in the master list, all sublists have been depopulated. I am unable to delete any addresses from main list. Autofill of email addresses does not work. I am unable to re-add contacts to sublists unless I create an entire new contact. This has been an issue for over a week and multiple calls to tech support has not corrected the issues.

Auto-populate when composing an email
When composing an email, the auto-populate feature does not work and I have to enter the entire email address.

Get rid of ads that are scams. I received one for "drive storage" which looked like they were imitating Apple and wanting me to download.
You provide a small window for me to state my complaint about receiving scam emails which act like an imitation of Apple. In other words, I received an ad asking me to download in order to get more drive storage. The cloud logo looks like an Apple logo, which it is not. This needs to stop. AOL is accepting ads which are scamming people.

Is AOL having an issue with mail loading on a computer?
AOL mail is not loading on my computer. Please advise if you are having issues with mail loading on a PC. It still loads in my phone mailbox.

You need to review the comments more closely rather than just rejecting them.
I just recently posted a comment to the article "6 Idyllic Getaways That You Won't Believe Are in the Midwest" that said Madeline Island was in Minnesota waters on Lake Superior. I read further and found another mistake and I tried post another comment and was rejected. I wrote this.
Parade magazine needs to have, as an old boss of mine would say, "a moment of alignment" with their writer Ms. Claire Gallam. She writes, "Beaver Island, perched in the northernmost waters of Lake Michigan, is as close to Canada as you can get." AGAIN, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?…

AOL is no longer user-friendly. Since the last changes several months ago, it is SO SLOW! WHY?
I agree with many others, AOL is SO SLOW now, WHY? Also, the new set-up with corresponding with someone back and forth is now SO confusing. And lastly, there is no longer the option to "block senders" in spam. Why is AOL so bad now?
