  1. Help Options

    I have 24/7 phone tech support with aol, but I don't always have the time to wait to speak to someone. When I go to the help page, it shows there is an 'email your question" option, but tells me to call instead. I'd love to be able to send aol an email in some situations and wait for a response.

  14. Hire a bunch of 10 to 15 year olds and fix this worthless software program

    I have a laptop with a quad care processor and 8 gigs of ram. Runs like the wind on the internet until it opens AOHELL. Then it freezes up stops working I have to shut this worthless program down and reopen it. Years ago this didn`t happen oh I know the covid 19 infected this worthless program. Or you hired a bunch of worthless chinese to design this worthless program. Please fire them and hire some teenagers and have them redesign this worthless software

  18. Read the feedback!

    Change the email back! It is not user friendly, infact it's completely useless now. It takes forever to go thru emails one by one. You can't reply, forward, save anything now. If you are lucky enough to open an email it disappears. You are going to lose all of your subscribers and the ad revenue will go with them! Change it back today please. Who do you have to harass to fix the email issues?!? This is totally useless 💩
