Notifications and Comments is still not working. Scrolling through thousands of comments to reply to one is ridiculous.
Thousands have already described it. AOL's IT department knows the problem but ignores it.

AI Censoring and Rejection of Comments rejects Freedom of Speech.
My comments are being rejected at an alarming rate. I don't rant or rave, use cuss words or any threatening speech yet my comments are frequently rejected with no explanation. AOL gone overboard on its censoring of comments. Freedom of Speech is ignored by AI monitors.

Block Senders
AOL settings for "Security and Privacy" has a feature called "Block all senders except contacts". When enabled it says, "block all senders except contacts. You will not receive messages from senders who are not in your contact list".
Note that I have saved in my AOL account, a list of specific, contact email addresses that pertain to my particular interests.
I want AOL to know, the block senders claim as noted above is NOT TRUE.

The fact that you do not allow comments is of concern. WHY? Each post has "0" comments BECAUSE YOU DO NOT ALLOW DISCUSSION. WHY? I have been with aol since its inception. Knew the creators in Encino. The decision not to allow comments is disgraceful. I'm outah here and will be crusading for others to leave with me. Is your organization leaning fascist? Shameful!

I wish that AOL would allow users to block spam emails by country code.
I receive a huge amount of spam emails from many different country codes even though I do not have any connections to any countries outside of the United States. I HAVE, however been included in a couple of data breaches which is in my opinion, may be where they may be originating from. If we were able to block by country code(s), this would eliminate a lot of annoying spam. I am a 25 plus year user of AOL and I would like to stay with AOL, but some of this is getting users to rethink their loyalty.

Your home buying tips are very helpful, but I’ve always wanted a pro and con on not using a realtor to sell my home, and save the commission
I’ve always wanted to learn about the pros and cons of selling our home without a realtor, and save commissions. Now, I hear there are possible negative exposures, but saving 6% on a $500,000 is $30,000. So, knowing the potential exposure, knowing how to mitigate that exposure could be helpful. Also, what number and percentage are sold without a realtor, and how many of them resulted in no negative effects. Can exposure be mitigated with cash sales, or using a knowledgeable person in title insurance to mitigate exposure.

Fix my email
Fix my email! I spent over 30min on the phone with an AOL representative who did not resolved issue. Anytime I open an email with a hyper link and click on it, it says "web page not available..." I can only open email hyperlinks by going to basic.mail.aol.com in my browser-not on my AOL app anymore.

redesign AOL mail webpage - when you delete a message blocks function keys
When you delete a message, "Message deleted. Undo" blocks the top line of function keys - Keep as New, Move, Delete, Spam ... More, on Chrome Desktop browser trying 100% or 90% size font. Needs a redesign so this temporary pop up does not block the function keys.

All of a sudden email links won't open in my browser. I have uninstalled the Aol app and changed browser from Firefox to Chrome
I can no longer get links to open in browser from AOL app when opening emails. This is very frustrating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled AOL app and changed default browser and even did a factory reset on my phone and nothing has fixed this issue. The AOL support team has not been able to solve this also. Please HELP!!

Stop the ads covering the content in articles
It is becoming too difficult to read any AOL articles. Too many ads cover the content, and you must read between the ads -- sometimes only a line or two between the ads.
