Go back to the old (far superior) email format
I thought maybe I was the one who was out of step .... but I see from below, that VERY MANY users are also unhappy with the new email format. I can't believe you could have done any "end-user" testing before it was launched or ordinary users would have explained to the techies (or was it AI ?!!!) that it wasn't in many respects, fit for purpose. VERY POOR effort AOL.

New News Pages Don't Work
Bring back your former news pages. The pause is annoying as is the fact that you can't go backwards. It worked before. Why change?

go back to the old aol this one is awful
Please go back to the old AOL or at least give people the option to stay at the old AOL. I think the new aol is terrible. It's too hard to delete mail and to hard to open and close it. When you go to open one email, other one opens and the Also, When you try to delete multiple emails it opens up another email

Improve your Customer Relations team. They have sat on a problem of mine for two weeks. The entire problem is AOL's. It is unexplained.
When AOL is wrong, admit it and fix it. You won't get new subscribers if current subscribers aren't treated effectively and efficiently. When you call Customer Support, the least you should send out is a confirmation that it was received and that it is in resolution.

What is AOL's fascination with the Villages? Even Orlando or Jacksonville is closer. You call it local news, but there is nothing local about it. Make the local news local....we want to know what is happening at home, not somewhere that has no relation to us.

Once again, the newsfeed has twice as many stories about a disgraced ex-president as it does on the actual, elected president. The media's obsession with Trump is unhelpful. Please cover the climate and economic impact of Biden's BBB initiative and other constructive political news, not just click-bait about Donald.
