Problem with Comment LOG-IN...
Once again, there's an issue with being able to have your account automatically be logged in to view and or post comments. When you scroll down and click on "View Comments," it won't show your account. You'll see the Bell Icon and "Log-In" feature. Yet, when you click on "log-in," it takes you back to the beginning of the article. And when you click on the "Bell Icon," you get a pop-up screen that offers a "Subscribe" buttom...but clicking on that does absolutely nothing; it takes you back to view the most recent three available comments. 2-step verification ends a deadlock
2-step verification to a Yahoo account ends in a deadlock, Both wants the code from the other to sign in. Most interesting is that the account setting has 2-step verification turned OFF.
How about adding to this "help" page > "https://help.aol.com/articles/help-signing-in" how to the delete the AOL/Netscape cookie that caused this Coding Bug.
Lucky to have a friend visiting, to use their device to sign in to complete this post.
Also there is need to retest that Verified this device works.

AOL has been targeting my ip address for 2 years now. I have been with AOL for 30+ years. Every comment is immediately rejected. WHY?
STOP TARGETING MY IP ADDRESS on the comment sections - I have been with AOL for 30+ years. I am a 20 year veteran, and this treatment is wrong.

I cannot see my favorites folders
I cannot see my favorites folders using chrome and edge. Already tried clearing the cache and cookies. The favorites are showing in AOLDesktopGold even if i try and go to favorites.aol.com. The favorites show up unsorted but i can see the folderes also in AOLDesktopGold

Aol should be able block ads based on address only. Names easily change by changing the jumbled letters
Aol should be able to block ads based on address only. Meaningless names composed of jumbled letters are easily changed so that blocking the ad doesn't work.

Local news section doesn't work properly
On the AOL home page there is a section for local news, which is not functioning properly. When I click on a local news item where it says "continue reading" it will not let me continue to the full story. Just keeps reloading the same page over and over. This start a few weeks ago. What is the problem? Never had this issue before.

Fix the address book so that the groups will work!
As of now the address book will NOT let you add or make any groups, it was taken out a month ago and NO one there knows how to fix it, I guess a good reason to leave AOL!

please replace the latest AOL app for Android.
Please replace the new app for Android. It doesn't allow to have a light background. It only has the dark background. Also, the app won't let me exit and I have to force stop it. It has major problems. Please do something to help your Android users using the app. Replace it!

My paid AOL email account is so unstable and full of spam it’s a shame.,you hardly touch the screen and it errors out every time. I’m sorry but I have to have a few other windows open and can’t close them just because AOL has so many glitches. Any chance at fixing it? I’m a paying customer! Thanks 😊

Your agent Rosemary needs to understand the automated message that is read before she gets on the line.
Rosemary accused me of rudely interrupting her while she read a canned speech about the benefits I would be giving up if I were to cancel my $37.99 per month subscription. I politely asked her to skip that and simply cancel. I did so because the automated message I heard before I was connected to her said that I could simply skip the message at any time by simply asking to proceed to cancel the subscription. That is exactly what I did and that is when she accused me of rudely interupting her. Unprofessional Really glad I canceled now!

chat muted for no reason
I logged on to play spades and found that I am muted. I do not talk in games other than to say "hi", "gg" (good game), "nn" (nice nil), or "npp" (nice play partner). I have played this game for over 10 years! There is no support or explanation for this offered. How do you fix this? Does anyone review muting for legitimacy? This was likely done by someone who lost a game to me. How is this fair? You need to do BETTER!

Relocate the Report Spam button on the Inbox screen
I would like to suggest moving the Report Spam button on the bottom right of the Inbox screen to the middle of the screen. It is too easy to click Report Spam instead of Delete with the buttons so close together. Then you end up with the system putting good email addresses in as spam.

Unable to access reply to post
AOL sent me an email stating they published my reply to a post on the following article: Chappell Roan ditches agent over Epstein files: 'Change in our industry requires accountability.' However, when I attempted to view it, I was diverted to a different article. In addition, when looking at the list of my posts under my account, it also referenced that different article. I was able to look up the original one in your search engine; there were zero comments attached to it. Why is it that there's consistent flaws with your system? How about not sending me emails that were never delivered in 2022? I recently received a bunch of emails from 2022 in Dec. 2025!
This week (first week of December, 2025) I found messages (unread) that dated back to the year 2022!
UNACCEPTABLE.
Please explain how this occurred as spam never seems to have this problem.
Also, More spam than ever is not getting filtered out. Each day, I seem to have to send 4-10 emails to "spam"
I also note that periodically, I clean out my mailbox, then find new emails popping up that are from 5-10 days prior.
