I don't know where these people checking prices live but I can tell you gas prices are way down from a year ago, so are eggs and other food
I don't know where Luke or any of these other people live but I live in a state where gas prices are down, at least by half when Biden was in office. Egg prices are down and so are other food prices. maybe if you they didn't live in Blue states they could see a difference.

moving arrows on articles
stop moving where the arrows are to move to the next article! very frustrating to go to click where the arrows are on some of the articles only to have them moved continuously. is that so that people accidentally click on something they have no interest in so that the article gets clicks?? sometimes there are no arrows at all, what is up with that?? you are making scrolling through ridiculous ads disguised as articles harder, especially when you have no **** interest in them!

quit censoring words that you allow in an article!!
i do not get why you allow words like 'murder' or 'assassination' in articles, yet if i/we use it in a post, it gets censored! if the word is allowed in a article, allow it in a post! rob reiner was murdered, charlie kirk was assassinated!

Stop the large ad at the very top of the homepage
Every time you decide to put the large ad on the top of the homepage it shifts the whole page down. Then I click on an article in the news feed and come back to the homepage to find more stories and the page reloads to put the ad on top just as I am trying to click on another story. It is maddening. Stop putting ads on the top! It's bad enough that you have moving ads on the sides to distract as I read, I don't need this **** dropping the page down.

Your Marketing Preferences page doesn't work
I already have all my preferences set to Off in https://marketingpreferences.aol.com/ for years. But I still receive marketing emails from AOL, like the monthly "Important Benefit Notification Regarding your AOL Plan" and today AOL and Norton 360. I don't have Norton 360, the email is purely marketing. Many times I've clicked "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of these emails, and my preferences are already all set to Off. So your Marketing Preferences web page doesn't work correctly. Please fix. I'm not going to bend over backwards and create an email filter. You just need to fix your preferences so they're not…

advert on screen in webmail
As of today 8th Oct 2025, a new and obstructing advertisement panel has appeared at the bottom of my screen. I can now see only 8 lines of what is in my inbox. (of thousands of lines) . Its unreasonable. AND DISHONEST eg it says it has found 2 car finance agreements in my name, when it hasn’t GET RID OF IT. A single line looking like an email was bad enough, this is totally intolerable.

guarantee that folders in AOL mail appear on the phone app for AOL email exactly as they do on the computer!
My aol email has many folders so I can arrange emails for quick reference. This is good. NOT GOOD is that the folders appear in a different order on the AOL app in my cell phone - they WERE in the same order, and suddenly half of them are now all under one of the other folders - they're in alpha order as subfolders in that other folder but they do not belong under another folder - they are their own folders, as they are in my computer accessed AOL email. Tech support has no idea of how to rearrange…

fix issues with AOL cell phone app (on iPhone)
AOL app on iPhone randomly resorted my folders - they are in correct order on my computer - but on the app half of them now appear as sub folders under one preexisting folder. Tech support said this is due to an update. But they have no fix. There is no way to sort or rearrange folders on the app - find one!

allow customers to speak with Sr tech support
on my cell phone AOL app, my folders were reshuffled with half of them now under an existing folder. The CSR said that it may have happened with an update and that there is no way to reorganize folders. I'm reading the other feedbacks on tech support and all of us have similar expriences - AOL has no answers, does not know how to solve problems and won't allow access to senior tech support people
