    My aol mail won't open on my computer, but it opens on my phone. On my computer, I am getting the message, "We are experiencing some technical difficulties. Temporary Error: 15. Learn more. Try again." I have other aol accounts that I also access on my computer, and I am able to access them. This account is my most important, as it is the one that I use for correspondence with doctor's offices and companies from which I order online. I need this account to work.   4. Improve Response Time Reading E-Mail via Browser

    It seems that when I read my aol e-mail, the response time is very long if I am on my laptop using a browser. If I read the same e-mail on my iphone in the Apple "Mail" app, I do not have this long response time. I recorded a video of the response time to demonstrate it to the AOL technicians. How can I provide this example to the AOL technicians? Thank you.

  5. stop the moving ads on the side of the homepage

    While on the homepage and I am checking out what to read usually there are ads on the right side that move to get your attention. What it does is annoy the **** out of me because I can't read while the ad is flickering around. To top it off once I click on a story and it takes me to another page, and there are moving ads as well making it extremely aggravating to read. It forces me to put it in read only which helps.     I have exactly 0% confidence anyone at AOL will read this post, but here it is anyway.

    Don't be fooled. The message below is NOT a Monthly Benefits Statement. It is an unwanted promotional offer - the definition of spam.

    The Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message leads to a page where I can see that I'm already unsubscribed from all types of communications from AOL. Yet you continue sending messages you know I don't want for services that I'm not interested in even though I've asked you to stop.

  15. Issues with Financial Institutions on the Mobile App

    You app function is not allowing me to Move Emails from my Financial institutions to their proper Folders. I have to Log into my Desktop to move them properly for storage. not sure if this is done on purpose to try to draw Folks to a paid service or a glitch in your Mobile App. Either way, Would be something to look into and try fixing this issue.
