reminders
Ive set reminders on my phone because it is a given option on aol app. However, there is no way to access those reminders, or edit them on my phone. I set one and it doesn't pop up on my computer either. Theres no way for me to trouble shoot this unless I pay a premium price. I tried using the help site for the reminders but it is generalized to the settings and not to the reminders themselves. It doesn't tell you where to go to access your reminders to look at the ones you set in the past…

AI false ad on AOL, titled Brain Lift. Dr. Gupta with CNN never endorsed this product.
Ad titled Brain Lift is a video supposedly having Dr. Gupta with CNN endorsing this product. It was AI produced and he never did it. It needs to be taken down.

BRING BACK SORT BY SUBJECT!!!!!!!!!
With so many emails to sort through, it is so important to be able to serach by subject line, and not to go to advance settings and guess what might be out there. Please bring it back!!!

Fix the "comment" snafus...
Why did you change the way customers can view "likes" and "replies" to their comments? Originally, for years, all you had to do was click on the Bell icon and highlighted notification...then it would not only take you to the article, your comment would automatically appear on the screen, along with the capability of reading any replies to same. Now, when you click on those highlighted "likes" and/or "replies," it will take you to the article -- but that's it. In order to get to your reply, you have to scroll down and click on "see comments." Then you're original…

AOL desktop gold fonts and text
AOL Desktop Gold fonts and text are messed up, the font and text is different from the general tab window. Already adjusted to default still letters are not good and they squiggly.

AOL - Please reach out to people before deleting their emails!
I recently logged onto my father's email to look for something important we needed on his behalf. Now, mind you, I don't really remember the last time I logged on for him. However, when I logged on the other day, all of his emails were gone.
AOL did NOT reach out to my mother or I, even though both of us have our phone numbers and emails on the recovery methods, so they should know who to contact.
Instead of deleting memories, important documents, etc, how about AOL makes a new system, like an archive? Or perhaps maybe reaching out…

Not getting all of the old emails, getting issue loading up/synching oldest email
When i'm trying to sort my email to oldest-newest email has an issue loading up or synching those old email i have Dec. 2010 and beyond, it's just loading up but not showing the email. Hope it will be fix soon as possible. Thank you need all of email.

The comment box I type in for AOL news articles jumps or blips when I'm typing, kicks me out and scrolls me down all by itself.
When I'm posting to AOL news articles in the comment box, the box blips or jumps, kicks me out and the page scrolls down all by itself. I have changed browsers and done everything possible to make it stop but it continues. Is this a punitive measure for something wrong I've done on AOL? If so how long is it going to continue?

2 factor authentication blocks access to email account
Make 2 factor authentication optional! Since it was imposed, my wife can't access her account because she can't get a verification code because the mobile phone # associated with her account security information is obsolete. Numerous telephone calls and chats with AOL have been unsuccessful in updating the security info even with a subscription to AOL Live Support Plus which I will now cancel. Her account is now useless.

Please give back the Sort by Subject option for drafts. Cannot use AOL without being able to sort my drafts with one touch by date & time
Must have the option to sort Drafts by Subject. This option was just taken away..again. Need to sort drafts by date and time of event which I could do until just now when the option to sort by Subject was removed.
Please put it back. Thank you.
