  4. filling out questionarre

    Don't have patient log in the full info. which can occur for certain appointments (such as physical therapy) up to three times a week. I dentify which practitioner the the patient is signing in for at the BEGINNING of the questionoairre. Double verify patient identity less often

  5. Stop using headlines which don't refer to what is in the broadcast!

    "Pence camp takes issue with film scene: That's not what happened"

    Stop using headlines which falsify the actual content of the broadcasts.
    For example, this broadcast showed no film clips at all, and never even mentions Pence!

    The appearance of the search page is extremely annoying and has no relationship to favorite places. It's appearance here serves no useful purpose.

  12. Separate the search screen away from the Favorites screen.

    Separate the My Favorite Places screen from the AOL Search screen like they were. I HATE THE COMBINED SCREENS. The way they were before was much better. I liked being able to minimize the Favorites screen so it didn't interfere with the open window reducing the viewing area. PLEASE RETURN THEM THE WAY THEY WERE.

    Every time I click on a link - my aol browser goes to an aol search page???? WHAT IS GOING ON:? I cannot get to a web page, it only takes me to an aol search page. Please fix this!

  14. email from aol titled "Important security notice for your AOL account"

    I received an email from "AOL Member Services AOLMemberServices@email.aol.net" stating that my service would end because I use a 3rd party to access my emails. I suspect that this is a phishing email, but it's a little different the one noted below. It looks more official even though there are clues that it's not. It starts out "Hi AOL Member,

    We love that you love using AOL email. And we want to make sure you always have the best experience. That’s why we’re reaching out today. "
