  3. Return to what or how it was before you "IMPROVED" it, this has me looking for a entirely new provider

    Quit improving a system that marginly worked previously, now it is truly incapable of allowing me access to my information! I now must search for a new internet access, simply as the "New Improved" system sucks! I have used AOL for some 20 plus or minus years, and it has steadily become more useless! BTW, what terms of service?

  7. Every time a new site asks for my email I get email already taken. What gives?

  11. STOP TRAMPLING ON OUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH

    YOU ARE STOMPING ON MY FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH AND NEED TO STOP!!!! IF YOU CAN'T PRINT THE TRUTH THEN GET OFF THE INTERNET OR LET US SPEAK!!!!! WE PAY FOR YOU TO BE HERE, GIVE OUR RIGHTS TO US AND QUIT WITH THE TAKING DOWN OF OUR EMAILS. WHOEVER READS THESE EMAILS MAY BE PREJUDICE AGAINST WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT IE trump. I HAVE SEEN A WHOLE LOT WORSE THAN WHAT I WRITE WHICH IS ONLY THE TRUTH!!! MAYBE YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE INTELLIGENT PEOPLE THAT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE!!!

  13. The "search mail" feature is basically inoperable.

    Since you changed the format? The "search mail" option is a failure in terms of ability to scroll up & down thru all your target items.

  15. Give specific feedback from the moderators other than saying the post didn't meet the requirements.

    How about letting posters have direct communication or feedback with the moderators on specifically what was wrong that was the reason for being rejected.For example when inappropriate language is the reason used, the specific offending words should be pointed out privately. I feel some things are flagged for no apparent reason.

  16. Please include all categories of email, especially sent and deleted in SEARCH. occasionally an accidental delete and absolutely need sent

    Please include all categories of mail, especially sent, those in saved folders and deleted in the SEARCH results. This has caused numerous problems. How hard can that be - search used to function that way. An incomplete search is fairly useless.

  17. I was able to switch back to Basic BUT! what happened to settings? where are font choices for style and size and color?

    Bring back (to Basic AOL) the font size, colors, style! Where did they go? I switched back to Basic because I could not activate spell and grammar check in the new version.....

  18. How do I get rid of the new mail platform and get back the control I had on how I want my mailbox to function?

    Get rid of the new mail platform and go back to the original one. THIS NEW ONE SUCKS START LISTENING TO ALL YOUR COSTOMERS.

  19. How you can IMPROVE!!!

    Oh it's so very simple
    1- bring back some older things that most enjoyed on the old AOL ie:
    Buddy Lists ~ IM's ~ our choice of fonts and sounds ~
    2- articles all 1 page with minium of ads so we can read article
    3- PLEASE cut down on SPAM
    4- How about techs who speak that we can understand

    I could go on as the list goes on and on but Hey you asked......

  20. FIX MY BROWSER

    Every time I click on a link - my aol browser goes to an aol search page???? WHAT IS GOING ON:? I cannot get to a web page, it only takes me to an aol search page. Please fix this!
