Stop sending my emails to Sosm
Mail being to sent to spam when I didn’t mark as soam

Can see subject, but there is no content on SOME emails, usually in batches
App will update and show email subject lines, but there is often no content, three, four, ... eight together.

Some email will not open. It seems to
Some email does mot open... it seems like there’s a bug and some emails from common sources will not open, where other do.

Paid app with free advertisements
I HATE to have those advertisements on the top of my mails, I’m willing to pay for a advertisement free app if available.

I don’t like them. They’re thoroughly unnecessary and take up screen space.

AOL ads placed in my email list
Please STOP placing ads in my email list. We’ve paid dearly to support your service for 25 years. Honor our wishes and STOP the ads in our email list. These aren’t ads emailed to us I’m referring to, these are ads placed by AOL. Again, we’ve paid you a lot of money over the years, respect our wishes or we’ll find another service for less money, or free.

I want the naughty date messages to stop
I want them to stop sending me stuff

Fix bug that keeps showing messages that were deleted using another device
If I delete messages on my computer (using AOL Web Mail), they still show up in the AOL App on my phone, even though they (properly) become no longer accessible. This problem does not happen for messages deleted using AOL App on my phone.

Ability to rearrange email account order.
It would be nice to be able to rearrange email accounts in a user friendly order, i.e., personal, business, family, etc.

I can no longer use the Apple mail app to access my aol email. It just keeps asking for my password but that doesn’t work. How do I fix it?

Verizon
Verizon is the new owner of AOL and has been for awhile now and that company has definitely *** up AOL.
I was so pleased with the original AOL for so many years and had been since it’s inception and have been a monthly paying customer, but my loyalty is unfounded and it’s time I take my email and money else where ...As I see their are many complaints out there and many unhappy customers with Verizon’s AOL..... there are other companies out.

Stop opening up next emails!
No one wants to keep having next emails opened up automatically. Multiple emails get lost. You need to waste more time looking for them....then more time sending them back.

Feedback
You asked for feedback and yet you do nothing about what the user wants. The new update has its pros and cons. One of the biggest cons for me is the fact that you no longer put the actual time on the emails. Why should I have to figure out what 1h or 3m is. Also I don’t see anything in settings where I can prevent an email I am reading automatically being sent to old mail. Whoever designed the new version needs to rethink some of the upgrades. They are not user-friendly.
